Terms of service

Novacloud Hosting provides a subscription-based access plan to AI coding models via a managed proxy. Your plan includes usage limits shown as a percentage of your allowance over rolling time windows.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials and API keys confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

You must not use the service unlawfully, to infringe others' rights, to generate prohibited content, or to circumvent usage limits or security controls. We may suspend access for violations.

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via our payment provider. Changing plans applies prorated charges to your next invoice. If a payment fails, we may suspend or downgrade your plan after notice.

Enforcement of limits is eventually consistent: usage is measured continuously and your keys may be temporarily blocked shortly after a window limit is exceeded, and unblocked as the window rolls forward. We do not guarantee a hard real-time cut-off.

Consumers in the EU may have a statutory right of withdrawal. Where you request immediate provision of the service, this right may be limited once the service has begun, as permitted by law.

You may cancel at any time via the billing portal or delete your account from Account settings. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms.

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and limit our liability. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal and the European Union, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
